The WESS Community is the free entry point to The WESS Injector Collective.
This space is designed for injectors who want to stay connected to shared values around safety, anatomy, and thoughtful clinical decision-making.

There are no required meetings, no case review, and no individualized clinical advice.
Private 1:1 Mentorship
Individual Guided Growth | High-Touch
$475/month
Private 1:1 Mentorship is designed for injectors who are ready for true, individualized support — not surface-level coaching or one-off advice.
This is a high-touch mentorship relationship focused on clinical judgment, decision-making, confidence, and long-term growth. It is intentionally structured to meet you where you are and evolve with you over time.
WHAT THIS MENTORSHIP INCLUDES:
Monthly 1:1 Mentorship Calls (60 minutes)
You’ll meet with me monthly for dedicated, one-on-one mentorship calls.
These sessions are tailored to your specific needs and may include:
clinical reasoning and case thinking
treatment planning approach (not protocols)
anatomy and safety discussions
confidence-building and decision clarity
career and practice navigation
Each call is intentional, reflective, and grounded in real-world practice.
3 and 6 Month Touchpoint & Goal Creation
Mentorship is structured in intentional phases, with a 3–6 month horizon for reflection, growth, and reassessment.
Together, we’ll:
clarify where you are clinically and professionally
identify areas of growth and hesitation
set thoughtful, achievable goals
reassess progress and adjust direction as needed
Direct Messaging & Phone Access
As part of this high-touch mentorship, you’ll have direct access to me via private messaging.
This access is designed for:
thoughtful check-ins
clarification and reflection
follow-up questions from mentorship questions
Messages not intended for urgent or emergency situations and are responded as time allows.
Priority Access
Private mentorship clients receive priority access to:
new educational resources
future workshops or intensives
additional mentorship opportunities as they become available (Including possible shadowing opportunities)
What this is and what it’s not
This mentorship is not a substitute for medical oversight, clinical supervision, or on-demand emergency decision-making.
It is an educational, reflective, and professional mentorship designed to support how you think — not to replace clinic protocols or medical director guidance.
This mentorship is ideal if you:
want deeper clinical confidence, not shortcuts
value anatomy, safety, and thoughtful pacing
are ready to invest in long-term growth
want access to a mentor who truly knows your journey
This may not be the right fit if you:
are looking for constant availability or instant answers
want protocol-based instruction only
need medical direction or supervision
